Booking and Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the departure date.
Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
30 days or more before departure: 10% of the package cost.
15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the package cost.
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the package cost (no refund).
Travel Documents
Travelers must have a valid passport with at least six months’ validity from the date of travel.
Visas, if required, must be obtained prior to the trip. The company is not responsible for delays or rejections in visa processing.
